We had an amazing experience in Përmet! Beni and Dona’s campsite was lovely, clean, peaceful, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed the beautiful nature and the warm hospitality. Rafting on the Vjosa River was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! It was an incredible experience full of adrenaline, fun, and unforgettable moments, while also giving us the chance to enjoy the stunning nature of Përmet from a completely different perspective. The Vjosa is absolutely beautiful, and rafting through its crystal-clear waters was both exciting and relaxing at the same time. The team was very professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole adventure. There was a great atmosphere, lots of laughter, and plenty of moments we will remember for a long time. I went to Përmet to find a beautiful and peaceful place but I found also incredible lovely people. Host is so nice and gives you relevant information about possibilities of the place no matter if it is information about trips, outdoor activities, cuisine... They are very helpful and careful and understands the needs of their guests. I went there for whitewater kayaking on Vjosa and they gave me insightful information about the river and when I needed a shuttle they were vey flexible and reliable. Also as I had a possibility to join rafting group to paddle the upper part of river, I can say that their approach to rafting is trustworthy, genuine and professional. The host gave me also information for visit less known, touristic places. The camp is very clean and cosy and although situated in the meadow between relative young trees it is pleasantly cool in the late afternoon/evening and during night even in time of very high temperatures. The camp offers also shadow and tables where you can sit in the hot afternoons and river Vjosa is 5 minutes far to walk. A beautiful Authentic camping run by a local family. Dona is the most hospital host you can wish for and all her animals (2 goose , 2 dogs, 4 cats and a lovely sheep made it a special and cozy experience.
